How To Join Me: 

Choose the accommodations that best fit your travel style. Every guest enjoys the same thoughtfully curated retreat experience—including all scheduled activities, transportation, daily breakfast, curated dining experiences, and boutique excursions. The only difference is how you'd like to stay.

Room Types/ Occupancy:

THE RIVER SUITE
The most spacious room, featuring a king bed, and a private en-suite bathroom.
Private Occupancy: $2,850
Double Occupancy: $2,500 per person
*guests may choose to share the king bed or request a comfortable deluxe air mattress so each guest has their own sleeping space.
Triple Occupancy: $2,350 per person
*2 Guests will share the king bed, and 1 will sleep on an air mattress

THE ORCHARD ROOM
A peaceful private upstairs Queen room, perfect for guests seeking a quiet retreat. Guest staying here will have access to a nearby shared bathroom.
Private Occupancy: $2,650

THE REDWOODS ROOM
A cozy private downstairs queen room, perfect for guests seeking a comfortable private space. Guest staying here will share a bathroom with the Gathering Room guests.
Private Occupancy: $2,650

THE GATHERING ROOM
A welcoming shared room featuring one queen bed, a sleeper sofa and bunk beds—ideal for friends traveling together or women who enjoy the camaraderie of a shared space. Every guest has their own bed.
Double Occupancy: $2,550 per person
Triple Occupancy: $2,350 per person
Quad Occupancy: $2,200 per person

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before September 25, 2026
  Receive a full refund of all payments made to Jewell Ventures.
• Cancellation between September 25 and November 5, 2026
  The $500 deposit is non-refundable. In addition, guests are responsible for any non-recoverable costs incurred by Jewell Ventures due to the cancellation.
  
  

Whenever possible, I will gladly refund any portion of your payment that I am able to recover. My goal is never to profit from a cancellation—only to cover expenses that have already been committed on your behalf, such as accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining reservations.

Additional Notes:
Jewell Ventures reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the trip minimum is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

If it becomes clear the retreat isn’t the right fit for a participant, Jewell Ventures reserves the right to cancel their reservation. If this occurs, all payments will be fully refunded.

Trip cancellation insurance is RECOMMENDED for this journey. You can use our suggested Trawick International and choose from several policy options.

• Insurance - Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance recommended 
• Earlier Arrivals/ Late Departures - If you come early to explore the Bay area, that is not included in our trip, however I am happy to plan all that out for you
