How To Join Me: 

  • Choose your room type/ Occupancy (Single or Double), then place your refundable deposit of $150 USD through the link below. (please see cancellation policy below)
  • 50% of your balance is due by December 1, 2025 
  • The balance is due in full by January 27, 2026

    Pricing  for 1 person, in a SHARED ROOM with 2 QUEEN BEDS and EN SUITE BATHROOM for 3 Nights + all other Inclusions.

    • 3 nights boutique lodging A private (or shared) room in a Boutique Inn in downtown Solvang

    • Complimentary bikes for your use to explore downtown Solvang at your leisure

    • All ground transportation to and from all included meals and activities during the retreat

    • Welcome Dinner at a beautiful winery in Santa Ynez Valley

    • Santa Barbara Harbor Paddle - option of Stand Up Paddleboard, Single Kayak or Double Kayak

    • E-Bikes & Guided Ride through wine country (tastings incurred at your own cost)

    • Curated group experiences – Creative and connection activities as well as organization of group meals and option of guided exploration during "free time"

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Airfare — Round-trip flights to and from Santa Barbara

  • Travel Insurance — Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance (highly recommended)

  • Some Meals — Any lunches or dinners not listed above (intentionally left open to give you space to explore and savor your own adventures!)

  • Early Arrivals / Late Departures — Additional nights before or after the retreat are not included, but I’m happy to help you plan your extended stay

  • Wine Tastings During the E-Bike Excursion — Tastings are optional and paid individually; please sip mindfully and ride responsibly for your safety and the group’s

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation before December 1

Cancel on or before Dec 1 for a full refund, no questions asked.


Payment Schedule:

  • Second Payment (50% of remaining balance) due Decemeber 1

  • Final Payment due January 27


Cancellation Terms:

  • Between December 2 and January 27: You will forfeit your $150 deposit. Any additional payments will be refunded in full.

  • Between January 27 – Trip Departure: You will forfeit your $150 deposit + 50% of your remaining balance. Any additional amount paid beyond that will be refunded.


Additional Notes:
Jewell Ventures reserves the right to cancel the retreat if the trip minimum is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you will receive a full refund.


If it becomes clear the retreat isn’t the right fit for a participant, I reserve the right to cancel their reservation. If this occurs, all payments will be fully refunded.


Trip cancellation insurance is RECOMMENDED for this journey. You can use our suggested Trawick International and choose from several policy options.
