  • Choose your room type (Single, Double or Triple), then place your refundable retainer of $150 USD below. (please see cancellation policy below)
  • 50% of your balance is due by June 15, 2025 
  • The balance is due in full by July 20, 2025

INCLUSIONS:

  • 4 nights private boutique lodging A Boutique Inn in Solvang, a private studio cabin in Avila Beach, and glamping in a private tent in Yosemite's famous Curry Village

  • All ground transportation – Including pick-up from LA County or LAX

  • Curated group experiences – Winery brunch, paddle rental/ or harbor taxi, guided Valley Floor Tour, mineral hot springs soak, and more

  • Select meals – Group brunch, picnic lunch, and lots of snacks & water (with flexibility to explore on your own too)

  • Tips - Server tip for group brunch (18% is included, but you can give extra if you'd like)

  • Thoughtful touches – Welcome gift, optional journaling prompts, and plenty of surprises


NOT INCLUDED:

  • Round-trip airfare from home to Los Angeles, CA (LAX).
  • Insurance - Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance highly recommended 
  • Meals Not Included - Any lunches and dinners not listed above (in Yosemite mainly)
  • Earlier Arrivals/ Late Departures - If you come early to explore Los Angeles area, that is not included in our trip, however I can plan all that out for you
  • Any extra tips you’d like to give for any amazing service you receive during included activities (winery brunch/ driver on Valley Floor Tour/ Housekeeping staffs) 


Cancellation Policy

FREE CANCELLATION BEFORE JUNE 15 

  • Any Cancellations BEFORE June 15 will be FULLY REFUNDED.
  • 2nd PAYMENT (1/2 of the remaining price) is DUE June 15.  
  • Cancellations made between June 16 and July 19, 2025 will result in a loss of: $150 deposit + 1/2 of your remaining balance. (Any additional amount made BEYOND that, will be refunded) 
  • FINAL PAYMENT is DUE July 219
  • Any cancellation made July 20 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. 
  • Jewell Ventures reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If so, you will be refunded in full.)
  • If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.

Trip cancellation insurance is HIGH RECOMMENDED for this journey. You can use our suggested Trawick International and choose from several policy options.
